Lots, acreage and homesites in New Braunfels and Comal County, checked for water, septic, utilities and restrictions before you buy.
Land around New Braunfels changes character fast. West and north of town you get Hill Country terrain: limestone close to the surface, slopes, oaks and views. East toward McQueeney and Guadalupe County it flattens out into deeper soil that's easier to build on and farm.
Before you buy a tract here I check how water gets to it (city, a water supply corporation, or a well), whether septic will work, where the electric line is, the floodplain map, deed restrictions and whether it's inside city limits or the ETJ. Any one of those can change what a lot really costs.
Every property is different. I verify these for the specific address before you make an offer.
Just say what you're looking for, like "5 acres with a well in New Braunfels."
