Seguin is the Guadalupe County seat on the Guadalupe River, about 35 minutes east of San Antonio along I-10. It has a historic downtown, Texas Lutheran University and quick access to Lake McQueeney and Lake Placid.
Buyers here usually get more house and more yard for the money than in New Braunfels. You'll find established in-town neighborhoods, newer subdivisions on the edges of town, and homes on acreage out in the county.
